These guys really know their stuff. Jeff gave us a good price for refinishing (not the cheapest, but he knows his business), and his technicians Nathan and Dustin went above and beyond in service. It was early Friday evening when Nathan noticed some kind of chemical reaction between the finish and some product the previous owners of our house had used on the floor. He and Dustin re-sanded the entire room, put down a new coat of sealer, and then a first coat of finish. Now we have very, very pretty restored oak floors that are a pleasure to the eye every time we look at them.

Jeff was able to fit us into the schedule right away and was very responsive and kept me informed through the whole process. I am presently working on finishing a hardwood maple floor myself. I ran into some issues and was not happy with the way it looked after staining. I called Chris and he was a great help.
